The Amanda Foundation is the only non-profit animal charity in the Los Angeles area to own and operate our own full service Veterinary practice.  This allows us to keep our orphans under a Veterinarian’s care from the moment we rescue them until they leave to join their new families.

We also reach out to help other animal rescue organizations with their rescues by providing services at a reduced cost so that their donation dollars go farther.

Our regular clients are happy to know that the money they spend on their beloved cats and dogs goes to help save the lives of thousands of less fortunate four footed buddies.

Our hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm, Thursday we are open Late until 8 pm.

Dr. Geoff Stein is our full time Vet with over 25 years of experience. In addition to our Cat and Dog clients, Dr. Stein also treats exotics, and on Wednesdays we have a Board Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist.  So whether your pal is furry, feathered, or has scales, we can promise you excellent care!
